But it was homemade food. It was worth the wait and great prices.

We were traveling home and stopped in for breakfast. All 6 of us enjoyed and raved about the food and service. So very happy that we stopped in and supported the community and not a chain restaurant.
This place used to be a regular stop of ours until new owners took over. It went downhill quickly. The menu changed for the worse, the decor that made the place unique was replaced, and the food quality has declined considerably. The only thing that hasn't changed is the fifty cent coffee, but I'm sure that will go away soon, too.
BACON!!!! This is my favorite place to eat breakfast on the Highline! You have to order anything that has BACON. The wait staff treats you like family (in a good way)!! Prices are very reasonable.
